Yuca fries with guaca on the side

This could probably be one of the easiest and most delicious side dishes posible. Our yuca fries are very easy to prepare, all you have to do is fry them and put them in a bowl next to this easy guacamole recipe so you can dip them. We know yummy, right?

This guacamole recipe will take you no longer than 5 minutes, plus it is creamy!

All you need is:

  • Fresh lime 
  • Garlic 
  • Salt
  • Avocado
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Hot peppers
  • Onions


  • To cut the avocados, run a knife around the avocado from top to bottom, and twist in half. Pull out and discard the pit.  
  • Using a spoon remove the flesh and place it into a bowl. 
  • Cut the lime in half and squeeze both halves into the bowl with the avocado.
  • Add the garlic, salt, diced tomatoes, a bit of cilantro, chopped hot peppers and chopped onions into the bowl and mix it all together, make sure to stir them for a few minutes. 

That’s it! It’s ready to serve. Enjoy our Delifood yuca fries. 

Just a reminder, guacamole is best to eat right away, but if you would like to store it, make sure you cover it with plastic wrap directly against the guacamole, and press the plastic wrap into your fingers to prevent any air getting to it and causing it to go brown.
