Follow each step and you will have an exquisite dessert in no matter of time:
250 grams butter
250 grams sugar
1 cup of Delifood passion fruit pulp
250 grams flour (oatmeal, coconut or almond flour also recommended)
150 grams chocolate chips
1. Choose a large container; mix the butter with the sugar very well, add the eggs 1 in 1 and finally add the passion fruit pulp integrating all the ingredients very well. Whisk until you get a thick or consistent dough.
2. Once the mixture from step 1 is set, integrate the flour and the chocolate chips, stirring again until the flour is completely combined. Pour into a previously floured mold and take to the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for 30 or 35 minutes.
3. Once the established time is over, carefully remove the mold from the oven, insert a fork or a wooden stick to test the internal texture of the cake, if it is consistent this will come out clean and not floured, unmold and let stand for 5 minutes.
