Cold mango dessert with cottage cheese:
This simple and quick preparation is a healthy and delicious way to consume mango; You will find it in different textures that might surprise your palate.
– 200 grams of cottage cheese
– 200 grams of milk
– 1 Sachet of flavorless jelly
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
– 1 Delifood mango pulp
– 1 cup of water
– The juice of half a lemon
– 1 tablespoon of honey
Dissolve the flavorless jelly in a cup of water at room temperature, then in a saucepan pour the milk and bring it to a boil. Add the vanilla essence, the sugar and stir until they have completely dissolved; Let the mixture warm, add the cottage cheese and the unflavored jelly and stir to integrate. Then, add the preparation in a mold and refrigerate for two hours until set.
Meanwhile, in a pot add the mango, cover it with water and cook over medium heat until it boils, then add the lemon juice, the tablespoon of honey and beat constantly until the mango is soft; Lower the heat and cook to blend.
Take the gelatin out of the refrigerator, remove it from the mold, pour the mango sauce over it and decorate with some fresh mango cubes and a little granola.
